About Me

I have over 30 years of Executive Search and Corporate Human Resource/Talent Acquisition experience having worked with a number of today’s leading corporations. I began my career in Corporate Recruiting as Vice President of Recruiting/Talent Acquisition across a number of industries including Internet, E-Commerce, Technology, Restaurant & Hospitality, Medical Device and IT Consulting. I founded and managed one of the top, national, Retained Executive Search firms in the U.S. that specialized in conducting retained (exclusive) searches for client companies across the Restaurant & Hospitality, Retail, Consumer, Consumer Packaged Goods and Advertising sectors.

I helped Founders and CEOs build companies from scratch as well as replace entire Management Teams in client organizations when requested to do so. Search assignments ranged from Manager to CEO level and included Director, Vice President, Senior Vice President, Executive Vice President (EVP), President, and the entire C-suite including: CEO, CFO, COO, CMO, CAO, CHRO, CIO, CTO, CCO, CDO.

Once you have chosen the service that best fits your needs, complete the purchase and within 24 hours we will contact you to schedule our appointment/call with you.

You will work exclusively with Stephen. I will handle your project from beginning to end. You will get my strategy and know-how. I do not use subcontractors.

Both the Resume Writing and LinkedIn Optimization Services begin with a scheduled 60-minute one-on-one strategy session call with me where I will take an incredibly deep dive to fully understand who you are and what your career aspirations are as well as understand the chronology of your career, experiences, core-competencies, accomplishments and major contributions from the beginning to the present time. After that, I will have a final draft of your resume for your review within 4-5 business days.

We will work together on any edits after you review the final draft in order for you to have a polished contemporary resume for the digital age that makes you incredibly attractive to the decision maker by telling the world who you are, what you are good at, what you have accomplished and what you bring to the new role.
